For kids ages 6-12

Join us for 6 fun-filled ukulele sessions designed to spark creativity, build musical skills, and have a blast! Whether you’re a complete beginner or have strummed before, this club is perfect for learning through games, songs, and group jam sessions.

When & Where:

• Dates: Thursdays, July 31st-Sept. 4th

• Time: 3:15-4:15

• Location: Thales Academy Pittsboro

What We’ll Do:

• Learn easy, catchy chords and strumming patterns

• Play music games to build rhythm, listening, and finger skills

• Jam together in group sessions to build confidence and teamwork

• Enjoy creative play time to explore melodies and improvisation

• Prepare simple songs for a final fun performance

• Experience musical storytelling and movement games for extra fun

What to Bring:

  • Soprano ukulele only. Depending on Age: this size may vary for students.

• Water bottle, snack and lunch

• Comfortable clothing for movement and fun

Ukulele Loaners:
We have a limited number of ukuleles available to loan on a first-come, first-served basis, but we strongly encourage students to bring their own instrument to get the most out of the club!
